Supplement Sites
www.swansonvitamins.com--This site has a ton of different supplements, including all the ones for acne I've recommended on this site. When you order, they'll send you a new catalog every month. The expiration dates for each are several months later. And the prices for a given product often vary from catalog to catalog. So check them all to make sure you get the lowest price. Also check their web site. They often have the lowest prices there. They have some items on the web site that aren't in any of the catalogs, but not all items from the catalogs are on the web site.
www.puritan.com--Another supplement site with a good selection. This company usually has special offers like buy 1 get 1 free, or buy 1 get 2 free, or even buy 2 get 3 free. They are worth checking out.
www.beyond-a-century.com--This company sells most of their supplements in powder form (including B5), which is convenient if you have trouble swallowing pills. There prices often come out very low compared to companies who sell in capsule/softgel form.
www.vitaminshoppe.com--This site has a huge selection of supplements and many hard to find personal care products. Their catalogs list all the supplements they have for each manufacturer (like Solgar, Twinlab) which is very convenient. The prices do change from month to month.
www.hcbl.com--This company has a great selection of herbs. They have the all the common herbs plus many less common ones that are hard to find elsewhere. Not only sold in capsules, the herbs can be ordred in teabag form or as bulk herbs (powder). Their catalogs are very educational and tell what herbs are good for what conditions.
www.doctorstrust.com--This site also has a good selection of supplements and some of them have very reasonable prices.
Message Boards
www.absoluteacneinfo.com--This is a great message board with archived posts so you can check back for something. It has a lot of B5 info and progress reports and zinc progress reports. People are always posting about B5.
www.healthboards.com--This site has message boards on many conditions, including acne. It also has archived posts. And there are usually people posting about B5.
news:alt.skincare.acne--This newsgroup often has people posting about B5 too.
www.acne-site.com--Another good site with many people posting about B5 and zinc, etc. The creator of the site had temporarily shut it down to change it around or improve it. The message board has recently come back so you can check it out.
Information Sites
www.gnc.com--This site has good information on many health conditions (like acne) and many supplements. I don't buy products from them as they are too expensive.
www.drweil.com--This is Dr. Andrew Weil's site. It has a search engine that you can use to find info on conditions and supplements. It's a great source of health information. It also has "the question of the day" where Dr. Weil answers questions asked by visitors to the site.
www.mercola.com--This site is run by Dr. Mercola, an osteopath. His site gives free reports from the world of health every week with his opinions of them. He also has a search engine to locate health topics.

www.communitydrug.com--This site also sells 4% niacinamide gel by prescription only and it's rather expensive.
www.acnemiracle.com--This site sells a 5% niacinamide gel without needing a prescription. It also contains emu oil and organic jojoba oil and the price is very reasonable. They also sell a 20% topical B5 gel. This is the same strength as used in the original pantothenic acid for acne study. It is $10.97 for 1.45 oz. This gel also contains niacinamide and biotin.

Here is a sample report of the kind of info you will receive when subscribing to Healthy News.
Immediately take a deep breath and cough twice, as hard as you can. Wait a couple of seconds, take another deep breath, and again cough twice. This will contract your diaphragm, compressing the heart and causing it to pump. It's a simle form of self-CPR.
Keep repeating the process until your heart begins to beat normally (or until help arrives). Once your heart is stabilized, chew and swallow one asprin. Then take 2 cayenne pepper capsules or a tablespoon of Tabasco sauce. The asprin will thin your blood and prevent platelets from sticking...while the Tobasco or cayenne will dilate your blood vessels so that blood can flow freely.
This simple technique can dramatically increase your chances of survival. Please share it with your friends and loved ones. It can save their lives!
